34名的研究生新生医学心理健康状况调查 　　【摘要】 目的 了解新入校医学研究生心理卫生状况。方法 采用精神症状自评量表SCL-90,对34名新入校医学研究生进行心理健康测查,并与国内常模进行比较。结果 11.8%的医学研究生存在心理健康问题,突出表现为强迫、人际敏感、焦虑、偏执等,医学研究生的躯体化、强迫、抑郁、焦虑、偏执、精神病性和总分与国内常模间差别均有统计学意义;不同性别医学研究生心理健康状况差异无统计学意义。结论 新入校医学研究生个别存在心理健康问题,学校对其应尽早进行心理健康综合干预;而医学心理学课程的开设可能对学生的心理健康水平有影响,而具体的实证有待进一步实验。 　　【关键词】 医学研究生;心理健康;SCL-90;医学心理学 　　 　　34 medical students graduate Mental Health Survey 　　WU Qing, ZHANG Hua, LIU Shao-xuan.The 5th Affiliated Hospital Of Sun Yat-Sen UniversityOffice ofPostgraduate Student Affairs, Zhuhai 519000,China 　　【Abstract】 Objective To discuss mental health of new medical postgraduates.Methods The psychiatric symptoms self-evaluation scale SCL-90 was used to investigate situation of 34 new medical postgraduates’ mental health and the result was compared with the national norm. Results 11.8% of the investigatees have mental health problems, among which are compulsion, interpersonal sensitivity, anxiety, paranoia etc. The difference between the total scoles by SCL-90 and by domestic norm is significant about somatization, compulsion, depression, anxiety, paranoia and mental illness; there is no significance about sex. Conclusion New medical postgraduates have individually mental health problems. Schools should pay attention and give intervention. Medical psychology courses are likely to affect student’s psychological health, and specific evidence needs further experiments. 　　【Key words】 Medical postgraduates;Mental healthSCL-90;Medical psychology 　　 　　1 问题提出 　　随着社会经济的发展和医学模式的转变,心理健康越来越受到重视。高校大学生由于生理、心理和社会角色的独特性,常常会受到各种压力和挫折,给其心理发展和健康带来威胁。关注大学生心理问题,提高大学生心理健康水平,已成为社会研究的热点之一。近年来国内有不少关于大学生心理健康的调查研究[1-3],而医学研究生作为其中一个特殊群体,不仅要承受因找不到工作而要完成更高层次学业的压力,还要面对竞争日益激烈的社会环境,此外现代医学要求医务工作者必须掌握心理学知识,树立生物-心理-社会现代医学模式的新理念[4],因而作者对医学研究生的心理状况作了调查。不但要通过调查,了解医学研究生各年龄阶段的心理特征,掌握心理因素对疾病和健康的影响作用,全面认识疾病的本质,提高诊断、治疗和护理水平。更重要的是,掌握医学研究生心理健康状况和存在的心理问题,才能有的放矢地开展好医学研究生的教学管理工作,才能有效地提高学生的整体心理健康水平。 　　2 研究方法 　　2.1 研究对象 广东省某大学医学院新入校的研究生34名,其中男16名 (47%),女18名 (53%),平均(25.68±2.91)岁。 　　2.2
