不同内固定的方法治疗股骨粗隆间粉碎性骨折临床疗效比较 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨不同内固定方法用于股骨粗隆间粉碎性骨折（CIFF）的治疗效果，为临床应用提供参考。方法：选取2010年1月-2014年12月本院收治的CIFF患者80例作为研究对象，将采用动力髋螺钉（DHS）内固定治疗的26例分入DHS组，采用股骨近端防旋髓内钉（PFNA）内固定治疗的29例分入PFNA组，采用Gamma钉内固定治疗的25例分入Gamma组，比较三组的治疗效果。结果：PFNA组术中出血量、住院天数及骨折愈合时间均显著低于DHS组和Gamma组（P0.05），PFNA组和Gamma组手术时间均明显低于DHS组（P0.05）；各组间术后不同时间Harris评分比较，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）；PFNA组术后并发症总发生率（6.90%）明显低于DHS组（30.77%）（P0.05）。结论：PFNA在促进CIFF患者骨折愈合、加速髋关节功能恢复以及减少并发症方面，更具优势。 　　【关键词】 股骨近端防旋髓内钉； 股骨粗隆间骨折； 动力髋螺钉； Gamma钉 　　Comparison of Different Internal Fixation Methods in the Treatment of Intertrochanteric Comminuted Fracture/WANG Feng，CHEN Shi-zhen，WU Feng-cai，et al.//Medical Innovation of China，2017，14（05）：127-130 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the therapeutic effect of different internal fixation methods in the treatment of intertrochanteric comminuted fracture （CIFF），and to provide reference for clinical application.Method：80 CIFF patients treated in our hospital from Jan 2010 to Dec 2014 were selected.26 cases of internal fixation with DHS were divided into DHS group，29 cases treated by PFNA were divided into PFNA group，25 cases treated by Gamma screw fixation were divided into Gamma group.The treatment effect of the three groups were compared.Result：The amount of intraoperative bleeding，hospitalization time and healing time in PFNA group were significantly lower than other groups （P0.05），operation time of PFNA group and Gamma group were significantly lower than group DHS，the differences were statistically significant （P0.05）.The Harris score differences in different time after operation among groups were statistically significant （P0.05）.The postoperative complication rate of PFNA group was 6.90%， significantly lower than 30.77% of DHS group（P0.05）.Conclusion：PFNA has more advantages in promoting the healing of CIFF patients fracture，accelerating the recovery of hip joint function and reducing the complications. 　　【Key words】 Proximal femoral nail anti-rotation； Intertrochanteric fracture of femur； Dy
