上海市徐汇区社区居民电子健康档案的现状及对策 　　【摘要】 目的 通过调研了解全区居民电子健康档案现状，以便提出对策。方法 用文献研究法复习文献拟订流调表。使用问卷调查法对全区13个社区卫生服务中心22名从事社区居民健康信息建立、管理的全科与公共卫生医生进行调研。采用描述统计法对所得数据进行分析。结果 全区13个社区卫生服务中心均建立了居民电子健康档案，但在建档率、建档范围、建档责任人、质量控制、更新情况和使用情况上参差不齐，存在政府支撑不到位，资金、设施、管理软件和专业人才队伍方方面面的困难，影响了社区居民健康电子档案的建立、管理、更新和利用。结论 社区居民电子健康档案的建立是政府医改主要内容与主管部门的职能。对如何改进此工作，提出了对策及建议。 　　【关键词】社区居民；电子健康档案；现状;对策 　　 　　Present situation and countermeasures of residents electronic health records in shanghai xuhui district 　　GU Wen-qin, ZHENG Dong-peng, LIN Qi-yi, et al. These affected the archivements of createtion, management, updating and use of the electronic health records of community residents. Conclusion Establish community residentselectronic health records is the main content of medical reform and the functions of government department in charge of functions.
