城市综合体论文：城市综合体 可持续发展 景观设计 【中文摘要】城市综合体作为城市形态发展到一定程度的必然产物,其功能集约的聚合力量营造了城市新中心,成为城市发展的核心动力,决定着城市发展的方向。本文在前人研究的基础上,选定城市综合体的景观规划设计方法为研究对象,从城市综合体的定义、特性及功能构成出发,探讨城市综合体可持续景观设计,为今后城市综合体景观设计与理论研究的发展提供参考和指导。本文阐释了“城市综合体”、“景观设计”以及“可持续景观设计”的基本概念,回顾了城市综合体的发展历程,对国内外相关理论的研究和实践特点进行了总结。从规划、景观设计和可持续发展建设技术三个层面上,举例评析了国内外最具影响力的城市综合体案例,简要总结了城市综合体可持续景观设计的策略。并通过遂宁遂州清江城市中心区景观设计实践,对城市综合体可持续景观设计方法进行了有益地探索。(1)加强相应立法研究,建立并严格实行城市绿化绿线管制制度,明确划定各类绿地范围控制线,并确保绿化管理部门切实执行。绿地规划范围也应对公众公开,发挥社会和舆论的监督作用。(2)城市综合体项定位或再定位,都需要尊重场地特性,挖掘场地的场所感,并借助景观设计和后期运营管理来保证整个综合体的定位延续；城市综合体的建筑设计、景观设计和场所管理,需要多学科人员的广泛参与,需要对核心问题进行严密论证,才能保障综合体项目建设、运营的价值最大化、效益综合化。(3)公共步行系统成为城市综合体的交通灵魂,地下、地面、空中、屋顶等多种立体化的步行空间的设计将综合体中各个激动人心的公共空间串联在一起,使建筑群成为一个有机整体的纽带。(4)公共空间是城市综合体的灵魂所在。在城市综合体的景观设计中,应结合自然地形或建筑造型,充分利用地下空间、中庭空间、屋顶空间形成若干节点性的广场,采用天桥、峡谷、巷道等形式进行连接,实现与城市步行公共空间自然渗透过渡。 【英文摘要】As a result of the urbanization process to a certain extent, the Urban (City) Complex inevitably becomes an urbanization product that creates the new urban core with its intensive functions and polymerization effects, thus determines the direction of urban development. In this paper, based on the existing studies, landscape planning and design methods of urban complex had been chosen as study subject. Starting from the definition, features and functions of urban complex, this paper explores the sustainable landscape design methods of urban complex.
