公交站场用地综合开发的规划控制的研究 　　【摘 要】由于资金缺乏等原因，许多城市公交站场建设都比较滞后。对有条件的公交站场进行上盖综合开发，能够对公交站场建设起到积极的推进作用，并助推TOD模式的形成。本文从公交站场分类着手，吸纳国内外建设经验，进行站场综合开发适应性分析，提出开发强度、用地性质及交通配套等规划控制建议，对城市公交站场综合开发用地的控规编制有借鉴作用。 　　【关键词】公交站场；综合开发；规划控制 　　Bus station integrated development planning and control research 　　Chen Yi－yi 　　(Chongqing urban planning and Information services center Chongqing 400020) 　　【Abstract】Because of lack of funds and other reasons, many of the city bus station construction are relatively lagging behind.
