卷烟配送中心业务流程优化的研究 　　摘 要：按照国家烟草专卖局提出的精益物流工作要求，烟草行业越来越关注卷烟配送中心的业务流程优化。就现状来看，卷烟配送中心业务流程优化工作体系性不强，缺乏有效的方法，忽视了经验总结。文章将卷烟配送中心的业务流程优化归纳为流程规范、流程改进和流程再造三个层面，提出采用流程的取消、合并和重排等方法不断完善和强化流程体系，尽量消除或避免不必要的浪费和消耗，从而达到提高效率和降低成本的目的。 　　关键词：精益物流；流程规范；流程改进 　　中图分类号：F252.14 文献标识码：A 　　Abstract： The State Tobacco Monopoly Bureau proposes that tobacco industry should push on the lean logistics work with high quality.
