周围性面瘫分期综合治疗的方案选择 　　[摘要] 目的 分析讨论周围性面瘫分期综合治疗方案选择。 方法 方便选取该院2014年10月―2016年11月收治的周围性面瘫患者60例为研究对象，利用随机数字表法将其平分为3组，每组20例，1组为对照1组，急性期使用西药医治，恢复期使用电针；2组为对照2组，急性期使用针药联合医治，恢复期不使用电针；3组为观察组，急性期使用针药联合医治，并在恢复期使用电针。对比3组患者总有效率。 结果 观察组、对照1组和对照2组总有效率依次为95.00%、70.00%和75.00%，观察组总有效率显著高于?φ?1组和对照2组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 急性期使用针药联合医治，并在恢复期使用电针能提升整体医治效率，可在各大医院进行使用。 　　[关键词] 周围性面瘫；分期综合治疗；疗效观察 　　[中图分类号] R246 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2018）03（b）-0163-03 　　Selection of Staging Combined Treatment Plan of Peripheral Facial Paralysis 　　LI Zhong-shuang 　　Department of Rehabilitation， Dazhou Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital， Dazhou， Sichuan Province， 635000 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze and discuss the selection of staging combined treatment plan of peripheral facial paralysis. Methods 60 cases of patients with peripheral facial paralysis in our hospital from October 2014 to November 2016 were conveniently selected and randomly divided into two groups with 20 cases in each， the control 1 group used the western medicine in the acute period， and electroacupuncture during the recovery period， the control 2 group used the combination of acupuncture and drugs， and did not use the electroacupuncture during the recovery period， the observation group used the combination of acupuncture and drugs during the acute period and electroacupuncture during the recovery period， and the total effective rate was compared between the three groups. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control 1 group and control 2 group （95.00% vs 70.00%， 75.00%）， the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion The combination of acupuncture and drugs during the acute period and electroacupuncture during the recovery period can improve the comprehensive medical efficacy， which can be used in various big hospitals. 　　[Key words] Peripheral facial paralysis； Staging combined treatment； Observation on curative effect 　　周围
