PAGE 1 椎弓根螺钉系统加自固化硫酸钙灌注治疗胸腰椎骨折 重庆三峡中心医院骨科（404000） 张 友 冯世龙 熊小江 蒋和平 罗淑明 【摘要】 目的 探讨椎弓根钉系统复位内固定及可注射人工骨椎体成形治疗胸腰椎骨折的临床价值。 方法 采用椎弓根钉系统复位内固定及可注射人工骨椎体成形治疗36例胸腰椎骨折患者, 其中A型27例,B型3例,C型6例。 结果 本组平均随访16个月。随访期内无内固定松动及断裂现象, 无慢性腰痛, 伤椎高度无丢失,注入椎体内的人工骨均在3个月内吸收。 结论 采用椎弓根螺钉系统复位内固定及可注射人工骨椎体成形治疗胸腰椎骨折是一种安全有效、术后能提供早期负重、维持良好椎体高度的较理想方法。 【关键词】　胸腰椎 脊柱骨折 治疗　椎弓根螺钉　硫酸钙人工骨 植骨术 Treatment of thoracolumbar vertebrae fractures with vertebroplasty using autosolidification calcium sulfate cement and vertebral pedicle screw system ZHANG You, FENG Shi-long, XIONG Xiao-jiang, JIANG He-ping, LUO Shu-ming (Department of Orthopaedics, Central Hospital of Three Gorges ,Chongqing ,404000, China) 【Abstract】 Objective: to evaluate the clinical efficay of vertebroplasty using injectable Artificial bones(autosolidification calcium sulfate cement) and vertebral pedicle screw Internal fixation in the treatment of thoracolumbar vertebrae fractures. Methods：there are thirtv-six patients with thoracolumbar vertebrae fractures enrolled in ourstudy,including 27 cases of type A,3 cases of type B and 6 cases of type c.all patients were fixed with vertebral pedicle screw,and then verteplasty was performed using injectable artificial bones. Results: patients were followed up for average 16 months.within the follow-up,we havenot noticed some complications,such as loosening or breakage of internal fixation,chronical lumbar back pain,and loss of effected vertebral height,moreover,artifical bones injected into vertebrae are absorbed inroughly three months. Conclusion : vertebroplasty using injectable artificial bones conbined with vertebral pedicle screw system is an effective and safe procedure for thoracolumbar vertebae fractures,which render it possible to early bear weight and maintain corrected vertebral height postoperatively 【Key words】 thoracolumbar vertebrae;spine fratures;treatment;vertebral pediclescrew;calcium sulfate cement;bone graft 后路椎弓根螺钉系统复位内固定治疗胸腰椎骨折已广泛运用于临床。能有效重建椎体高度,间接复位骨折块,恢复生理曲度,纠正后凸畸形,近期疗效明显。但单靠后路椎弓根螺钉系
