大学生高创造力倾向分析的研究   [摘 要] 高创造力倾向大学生和低创造力倾向大学生有无差异?以广州大学城九所高校的1032名高年级本科生为研究对象,对大学生的创造力倾向及在大学学习和就业信心及就业能力等方面进行了调查,数据分析表明:第一、创造力倾向高的大学生在个人努力程度上显著高于创造性倾向低的大学生,具体表现为:创造力高的大学生阅读了更多的课外书籍、参加的学术活动、社会实践及技能培训等活动显著多于创造力倾向低的学生。第二、创造力倾向高的学生在专业课程的学习中也表现更好,具体为:知识面更广、了解更多知识前沿、更专业、关注跨学科和更注重与实践结合。第三、创造力倾向高的大学生在就业信心和就业能力上显著高于创造性倾向低的大学生。   [关键词] 创造力倾向;大学教育;大学生;就业信心;就业能力   [中图分类号] G641 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1671-0037(2017)4-30-5   Analysis and Study on the High Creativity Tendencies of University Students   ――An Investigation based on 9 Universities in Guangzhou Higher Education Mega Center   Wang Xiuzhi Zhu Liye   (School of Business, Guangzhou University of Foreign Study, GuangZhou Guangdong 510046)   Abstract: Is there any difference between high-creativity-tendency students and low-creativity-tendency students? The study investigated university students’ creativity tendency, university learning, employment confidence, and employability and so on, with 1032 senior undergraduates from nine universities in Guangzhou Higher Education Mega Center as research objects. Data analysis showed that: first, the students with high creativity tendency obviously made more individual efforts than the low-creativity-tendency students. Specifically, it represented as: high-creativity students read more extracurricular books, participated more academic activities, social practice and skills training, etc., than low-creativity-tendency students. Second, the high-creativity-tendency students in studying professional courses also performed better. Specifically, they had wider knowledge, knew more knowledge frontier, were more professional, and focused multi-discipline and the combination with practice more. Third, the high-creativity-tendency students had significantly higher employment confidence and employability than low- creativity-tendency students.
