宫腹腔镜联合手术治疗在不孕症中的应用及效果 　　【摘要】 目的 分析在对不孕症患者治疗时使用宫腹腔镜联合手术治疗的临床疗效。方法 100例不孕症患者， 随机分为对照组和观察组， 各50例。对照组实施腹腔镜手术治疗， 观察组实施宫腹腔镜联合手术治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果。结果 观察组患者的宫内妊娠率为66%， 明显高于对照组的44%， 差异有统计学意义（χ2=4.8889， P0.05）。观察组患者的输卵管疏通率为68%， 明显高于对照组的46%， 差异有统计学意义（χ2=4.9368， P0.05）。观察组患者的异位妊娠率为2%， 明显低于对照组的14%， 差异有统计学意义（χ2=4.8913， P0.05）。结论 在对不孕症患者治疗时， 使用宫腹腔镜联合手术治疗的方法可取得更加安全有效的治疗效果。有较高应用价值。 　　【关键词】 宫腹腔镜联合手术；不孕症；应用效果 　　DOI：10.14163/j.cnki.11-5547/r.2017.12.026 　　【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the clinical curative effect of hysteroscopy-laparoscopy combined surgery in infertility. Methods A total of 100 infertility patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group， with 50 cases in each group. The control group received laparoscopic surgery for treatment， and the observation group received hysteroscopy and laparoscopy combined surgery for treatment. Treatment effect was compared in two groups. Results The observation group had obviously higher uterine pregnancy as 66% than 44% in the control group， and the difference had statistical significance （χ2=4.8889， P0.05）. The observation group had obviously higher fallopian tube dredging rate as 68% than 46% in the control group， and the difference had statistical significance （χ2=4.9368， P0.05）. The observation group had obviously lower ectopic pregnancy rate as 2% than 14% in the control group， and the difference had statistical significance （χ2=4.8913， P0.05）.
