子宫肉瘤165例临床病例的探讨 　　[摘要] 目的 分析探讨子宫肉瘤165例临床病例。方法 研究对象为在2000年6月―2014年6月期间内，该院一共收治的165例子宫肉瘤患者。回顾性分析诊断病例结果。 结果 ①在165例子宫肉瘤患者当中：癌肉瘤、平滑肌肉瘤、子宫内膜间质肉瘤、腺肉瘤各为70例、56例、35例、4例；②各类I期病理一共为101例，II期一共为44例，III期一共为20例；③针对患者病理期级手术方法共分为全子宫切除术、全子宫切除+盆腔淋巴结清扫术、全子宫切除术+盆腔淋巴结清扫术+化疗、全子宫切除术+盆腔淋巴结清扫术+化疗+放疗几种，不同手术方法治疗效果差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。讨论 在165例子宫肉瘤患者以癌肉瘤居多，其次是平滑肌肉瘤。期级以I期患者居多，阴道不规则流血是子宫肉瘤患者最主要的临床表现症状。掌握患者病理类型，采取对应治疗方案，有利于改善预后。 　　[关键词] 子宫肉瘤；临床病例；探讨 　　[中图分类号] R737 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）07（c）-0114-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical analysis of 165 cases of uterine sarcoma. Methods The main research object for the period in June 2000，to June 2014 165 cases of uterine sarcoma patients in our hospital were chosen. Diagnostic analysis results. Results 1 cases in 165 cases of uterine sarcoma： in 165 cases of uterine sarcoma： cancer sarcoma， leiomyosarcoma， endometrial stromal sarcoma， adenosarcoma of the 70 cases， 56 cases， 35 cases， 4 cases； 2 kinds of I pathological stage with a total of 101 cases， a total of 44 cases of II period， III period for a total of 20 cases of.3. patients according to the pathological stage of surgery were divided into grade hysterectomy total hysterectomy， pelvic lymphadenectomy， hysterectomy with pelvic lymphadenectomy and chemotherapy， hysterectomy with pelvic lymph node dissection several chemotherapy and radiotherapy treatment effect of different surgical methods， there are differences （P 0.05）. Conclusion In 165 cases Uterine sarcoma patients with carcinosarcoma is in the majority， followed by leiomyosarcoma. Stage by stage I patients mostly， the vagina is bloody rule is uterine sarcoma were the main clinical symptoms. Patients with pathological types， take corresponding treatment， can improve the prognosis. 　　[Key words] Uterine sarcoma； Clinical cases； Discussion 　　子宫肉瘤属于一种恶性程度极高的肿瘤，在女性生殖道恶性肿瘤发生率较低。绝经前后的妇女为主要的发病群体。若不及时接受诊断和治疗，给生命安全造成严重的威胁[1]。现该文以2000年6月―2014年6月该院收治的165例子宫肉瘤患者为研究对象，回顾性分析患者病理类型以及病理分期，为临床之下一步治疗提供有效参考，现报道如下。 　　1 资料与方法 　　1.1
