实施夜班护理绩效奖金的方案前后护理人员满意度调查
【摘 要】目的:探讨建立夜班绩效,对于提高护士对夜班工作的满意度,提高护士对夜班工作积极性的作用。方法:在实施夜班绩效的前、后3个月分别对护理人员利用同一份夜班奖金的的满意度调查问卷进行调查,比较实施护理夜班绩效后两者满意度是否有差别。结果:在实施护理夜班绩效前3个月的满意度调查,满意度为0.45,实施后满意度明显提高至0.77,差异有统计学意义(t =-19.43,P0.05),护理能级中护理专家(N4级护士)与初级责任护士(N1级护士)满意度差别有统计意义(P0.05),其他护理能级间的满意度差异没有统计意义。结论:夜班绩效奖金调动了的夜班工作积极性和自律性,在有效提高护理人员对夜班工作满意度的同时,保证了不同学历、科室风险间的护理人员公平性,同时激发了高层次护理人员对夜班工作的积极性,有效增强了护士主动服务意识,减少了投诉纠纷。

[Abstract] Objective:The purpose of this study is to explore the establishment of Night shift nursing performance bonus to improve nurses satisfaction with night shift work,and to improve their enthusiasm for night shift work.Methods:Three months before and after the night shift performance,the nurses satisfaction survey was conducted with the same night bonus satisfaction questionnaire to investigate whether there was any difference of night shift bonus satisfaction.Results:In 3 months before the implementation of night shift nursing performance satisfaction survey,the satisfaction degree was 45.23%,and obviously improved to 77.01% after the implementation ,the difference was statistically significant (t =19.43,P0.05).With respect to nursing level,the difference of satisfaction degree has statistical significance (P0.05)between nursing experts (N4)and primary nurse nurse (N1)with.No statistical significance was found between other nursing level.Conclusion:Night shift performance bonuses exalts the enthusiasm of night shift work and self-discipline.It guarantee the fairness between different educational background and different department in addition to effectively improving the satisfaction of night shift work and inspiring the high-level enthusiasm of nursing staff,which in turn strengthens the consciousness of nurses active service and reduces the dispute of complaint from patients and their families.
