宜昌柑橘贮藏保鲜的现状问题及对策建议 　　摘要：近年来宜昌柑橘产量逐年增加，品质不断提升，但采后贮藏保鲜水平低下导致柑橘采后损失严重，柑农稳定增收困难。为减少柑橘采后损失、保障柑农稳定增收、促进宜昌柑橘产业协调发展，在实地调研宜昌柑橘贮藏保鲜现状、分析存在问题的前提下，有针对性提出了整合柑橘科技资源、加强采后贮藏保鲜项目建设、加强采后人才队伍建设、加强贮藏保鲜各环节综合控制、推进采后科技成果转化等对策建议。 　　关键词：宜昌；柑橘；贮藏保鲜；现状；对策 　　中图分类号：TS255.3；S666.2 文献标识码：A 文章编号：0439-8114（2017）18-3519-04 　　DOI：10.14088/j.cnki.issn0439-8114.2017.18.032 　　Abstract： In recent years， the citrus production had increased year by year and the quality had been improved. However，the low level of postharvest storage and fresh-keeping technology resulted in serious loss of postharvest fruit and difficulty in increasing income of the farmers. Therefore， in order to reduce the postharvest losses of citrus fruit， ensure the stable income of citrus farmers， promote the coordinated development of Yichang citrus industry， the research put forward some corresponding countermeasures on the basis of the investigation and analyzed the current situation and the existing problems of Yichang citrus storage and fresh-keeping. The countermeasures included integrating citrus technological resource，strengthening the construction of citrus postharvest storage and fresh-keeping projects，strengthening the construction of talent team in citrus postharvest area， and strengthening the comprehensive control of all steps in storage and fresh-keeping， promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements， etc. 　　Key words： Yichang； citrus； storage and fresh-keeping； current situation； countermeasure 　　近年?恚?宜昌市委、市政府立足特色优势柑橘产业，多措并举推动柑橘产业链从品种调整、科学栽培、产后处理、精深加工、品牌建设、市场营销等各环节协调发展[1-3]，“十三五”期间，宜昌大力推进产后处理工程，把加强柑橘鲜果商品化处理和高效安全贮藏保鲜作为促进柑橘产业增效、柑农增收的重要抓手。目前宜昌柑橘商品化处理规模壮大，成效显著，但采后贮藏保鲜仍为柑橘产业链中最薄弱环节[4]，导致每年采后贮藏损失10%～30%，严重时高达50%，极大地影响了柑橘产业链协调发展及柑农稳定增收，阻碍了宜昌市以柑橘产业为引领的农业供给侧结构性改革。本研究在调研宜昌柑橘贮藏保鲜现状、分析存在的问题的基础上，提出了有针对性的对策建议。 　　1 宜昌柑橘贮藏保鲜现状 　　宜昌处于长江中上游柑橘带和鄂西-湘西柑橘带交汇处，是柑橘优势产业带，形成了两大柑橘类型特色产区，一是长江、清江两岸优质宽皮柑橘产区，品种以温州蜜柑、?崭涛?主，包括夷陵、宜都、宜昌城区、枝江、当阳、长阳等县（市）区，二是三峡库区优质甜橙产区，以脐橙、夏橙为主，包括秭归县、兴山县等。 　　根据宜昌不同柑橘类型的两大优势特色产区，通过对温州蜜柑
