复方大黄净化液提取工艺的研究 　　摘要：目的 优选复方大黄净化液提取工艺。方法 基于复方大黄净化液组方原则，兼顾大黄酸、芦荟大黄素、大黄素甲醚、大黄素、大黄酚主要指标成分含量和干浸膏收率，以加水倍数、浸泡时间、提取时间和提取次数为考察因素，采用正交试验优选复方大黄净化液提取工艺条件。结果 制剂最佳提取工艺为加水量为10倍量，浸泡30 min，提取时间1 h，提取次数3次。结论 该方法有效的优选出复方大黄净化液提取工艺，工艺合理稳定，操作易行。 　　关键词：复方大黄净化液；正交试验；提取工艺 　　Abstract：Objective To optimize extracting techniques of compound Dahuangjinghua liquid.
