Vol. 31 , No.l 华南农业大学学报 第 31 卷第 1 期 Joumal of South China Agricultural University Jan. 2010 2010 年 1 月 西黄牛肉用品系核心群育种方案遗传和经济评估 张清峰1 气许尚忠1 (1中国农业科学院北京畜牧兽医研究所，北京 100193;2 荷泽学院动物科学系，山东荷泽 274015 ) 摘要:针对鲁西黄牛肉用品系现行的核心群育种方案，以育种最大投资回报率为评估标准，通过活体质量、繁殖、日 增质量和恫体性状测定记录作为选择信息，根据使用不同可利用记录作为不同选种的标准设定了 4 种选择方案 (方案 l :活体质量信息+日增质量信息:方案2: 活体质量信息+繁殖信息;方案3: 方案 1 +方案 2; 方案4: 方案3+ 嗣体性状信息) ，并采用确定性模型评估了 4 种选择方案的遗传进展和育种效益.结果表明，4 种选择方案的年综合 育种进展分别为21. 87 、34.08 、 38.09 和 54.86 元;育种效益为 147.39 、 204.44 、 241. 83 和 309.05 元;投入产出比为 1:3.78 、 1:4.60 、 1: 5. 14 和 1:5.77; 平均世代间隔均为5.53 年.以上数据表明，随着可利用信息在选择标准中的变 化，遗传进展和育种效益也随之变化，选择方案4 可获得较好的育种效果，所以，在现行育种方案中，采用方案4 可 获得理想的育种效果. 关键词:鲁西黄牛;育种方案;遗传进展;育种效益;核心群 中图分类号:S823. 81 ;S813. 2 文献标识码:A 文章编号: 1001-411X(2010 )01-0065-05 Genetic and Economic Evaluation of Beef Line of Luxi Cattle in Nucleus Breeding Schemes ZHANG Qing-feng 1 2 , XU Shang-zhong1 • (1 Institute of Animal Science ,Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences ,Beijing 100193 ,China; 2 Animal Science Department ,Heze University ,Heze 274015 , China) Abstract: In view of current nucleus breeding schemes for beef line of Luxi caule , deterministic simula- tion was used to evaluate 4 selection programs for genetic gain and profitability in the context of maximi- zing retums from investment.
