工程的项目全寿命周期成本咨询服务模块化的研究 　　摘要：全寿命周期成本（LCC）咨询服务在工程项目设计阶段具有举足轻重的作用，然而其在实践过程中却一直未得到有效开展。本研究基于流程重构和服务增值的模块化目标，提出了LCC咨询服务模块要素的职能特征。运用多案例研究和扎根理论，发现了LCC咨询服务的模块要素及其关系，从而构建了LCC咨询服务的模块化系统。为数据和模型等资源不足情境下，咨询类服务面向多元化需求的柔性改善研究提供了新的视角和实证模型。 　　Abstract： LCC consulting service plays a decisive role in the designing phase in an engineering project， however， it has not been carried out effectively in practice.
