抗菌药物临床合理的应用的现状分析 　　摘要：目的：科学、合理使用抗菌药物，预防用药失误(medication errors)和医疗风险、杜绝医疗事故的发生。方法：对医院2008年度抗菌药物临床应用情况进行回顾性调查研究。结果：共抽查住院病历600份，使用了抗菌药物的有494份，使用率高达82.33%。100份病历中：合理使用抗菌药物的有16份，仅占16%；疑为细菌感染作病原学检测及药敏试验的有14份病历，占14%；未做病原学检测及药敏试验的占86%。不合理使用抗菌药物有84份，占84%。结论：我垸存在严重不合理使用抗菌药物和滥用抗菌药物现象：无指征使用抗菌药物；抗菌药物品种选择不当；抗菌药物使用时间分配不合理；不合理联合用药；1类切口手术预防性用药不规范。 　　关键词：抗菌药物 临床药学 合理用药 　　The anti-virus medicine clinical reasonable application present condition is analytical 　　Liu Canxian Wang Qinfang 　　Abstract:Objective:Science,reasonable usage pit germ medicine,the prevention is mistake (medication errors) with the medicine with medical treatment risk and eradicated completely the occurrence of medical treatment trouble.Methods:Carry on looking back sex survey research to the Year 2008?s pit germ in hospital medicine clinical application circumstance.Result:Totally make selective check hospitalized medical history 600,used having of anti-virus medicine 494,the utilization rate is up to 82.33%.In 100 medical.Results:The reasonable uses having of anti-virus medicine 16,the Jing has 16%;The Yi makes a cause to learn to examine for germ infection and the medicine be on trially quick to have 14 medical histories and have 14%;Have never done a cause to learn to examine and the medicine be on trially quick to have 86%.Not reasonable use anti-virus medicine to contain 84,have 84%.Conclusion:My Huan exists severity not reasonable use anti-virus medicine and misuse an anti-virus medicine phenomenon:Have never pointed to advertise for usage pit germ medicine;The pit germ medicine species chooses not appropriate;Time of the pit germ medicine usage assigns not reasonable;The absurdity associately uses a medicine;A type of the surgical operation prevention that slice a people is used a medicine the norm is not. 　　Keywords:Antibitics Clinical pharmacy Rational dnug use 　　【中图分类号】R91【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1008-1879(2010)11-0023-01 　　 　　合理用药与用药安全,避免临床药物性损害,关系到患者的切身利益,防范医疗风险,是医务人员的责任.我们于2009年4月5日―20日，按照《抗菌药物临床应用指导原
