Task 2 Text study Ss read the passage and discuss the following questions in groups Disagreements between the mother and the daughter. How does the mother feel towards her daughter’s leaving home? What catches the mother’s attention under the bed?What’s inside it? What does the mother do finally and how does she feel? Why does the mother describe in great detail the mess in her daughter’s room? What makes the mother changes her attitude toward her daughter? Why does the mother feel confident that her daughter will come back one day?
