改良猪粪渣栽培草菇关键技术的研究 　　摘要：以改良猪粪渣为主料，设计不同的基质配方、发酵方式、覆土材料、出菇模式等进行草菇栽培试验。结果表明，猪粪的固液分离物作为新型栽培原料，辅以优化的发酵方式、覆土配方、出菇模式等关键技术栽培草菇能够降低生产成本，提高菌丝生长速度和质量，缩短栽培周期，提高经济效益，同时也促进了猪场粪污的资源化利用，降低面源污染风险。 　　关键词：猪粪；固液分离；草菇；关键技术 　　中图分类号：S646.1+3 文献标识号：A 文章编号：1001-4942（2017）07-0074-04 　　Abstract Using improved pig manure residues as the main raw material， the cultivation test of Volvariella volvacea was conducted by designing different substrate formulas， fermentation modes， casing materials and cultivation modes.
