我国科技合作项目管理机制的缺陷分析与改进对策

摘要: 为解决我国科技管理部门对科技合作项目管理流于形式的问题, 结合科技计划项
目的发展趋势, 阐述了完善科技合作项目管理机制的必要性, 并通过分析指出现行管理机制中
存在法律法规不健全和监控、评估机制不完善的缺陷。最后, 从项目管理全过程视角提出了对
科技合作项目实施科学管理及提高管理效率的对策。
