With the further development of Chinas reform and opening up, the pluralistic cultures influence on campus life, has become an indisputable fact. It through the rich content, a variety of transmission methods to the traditional ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges put forward the new challenge, make the school ideological and political education in trouble. Therefore, in the face of multicultural challenge to the traditional ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges and the impact, how to correctly handle the relationship between the mainstream values and cultural diversity, improve vocational college students ideological and political education present situation, has become a very important theoretical significance and practical significance of research topic, this is also this article selected topic significance. Thesis is divided into four parts: first, in prodromes part expounds the theoretical and practical significance of this study, and generalizes the related research results of experts and scholars and review, based on the research methods and ideas are put forward.
