II II Abstract Because current medical dispute resolution mechanism is the existence of some defects ,the medical dispute cannot be resolved quickly and effectively .Because of the advantage of convenience ,economy ,swiftness ,profession and so on ,ADR finally becomes the tendency of resolving the medical dispute in many countries and areas .Indor to better resolve doctor-patient conflicts and effectively solve the medical dispute ,the thesis analyzes existing medical dispute mechanism ,and advanced experience of the construction of Chinese medical disputes ,and puts forward the way to ADR obtains the new challenges of medical disputes ,adapt to social development . This article is divided into the following sections : The first part is an overview of medical disputes, first discusses the meaning of medical disputes, highlighting the causes of the classification of medical disputes and medical disputes. The second part of medical disputes, non-litigation mechanism legislative visits, respectively, introduced the United States, Japan, Germany, and Chinas Taiwan region, non-litigation of medical dispute resolution mechanisms, and finally by analyzing their similarities and differences between countries and regions of non-litigation mechanism evaluation.
