Study and Application of the Production Planning Management System based on JIT in the Multi-varieties and Small-batch Environment A Thesis Submitted to Chongqing University in Partial Fulfillment of the Requirement for the Degree of Master of Engineering By Wang Zhijun Supervisor: Prof. Wang Shilong Major: Computer Software and Theory College of Software Engineering of Chongqing University , Chongqing, China November 2010 中文摘要 中文摘要 重庆大学硕士学位论文 重庆大学硕士学位论文 I I 摘 要 激烈的市场竞争和用户需求的多样化，使得多品种少批量生产模式成为主流， 该生产模式下企业的产品种类多、批量小、生产重复度低、工艺过程经常变更， 给生产计划带来了困难。重庆望江公司是一个典型的多品种少批量企业，通过对 该公司现行的生产现状的调研分析，本文提出了基于准时制的生产计划体系，并 在此基础上开发了一套生产计划管理系统。主要研究内容如下： 论文首先对准时化生产的理论、研究现状作了概要性地分析，提出准时制对企 业生产的现实意义。其次，对该公司现行的生产计划体系进行了研究，分析了在 该体系下生产过程中存在的问题和弊端，为了克服这些问题，提出了基于准时制 的生产计划体系。该体系包含了三个层次的生产计划，即上层计划、中层计划和 下层作业计划。其中，中层计划是本文研究的重点，具体包括了主生产计划(包含 机加计划和工序计划)、物料需求计划(包含毛坯计划)和能力需求计划。其基本思 想是将产品的截止日期作为准时制生产的“拉动源”，结合产品的元知识库，从产品 的根节点逐层倒推每个零件的最迟完工时间，从而得到对应的主生产计划和物料 需求计划。然后，编制能力需求计划，用以验证当前的生产能力是否能够满足生 产计划的需求。再次，从系统的物理架构、技术架构、系统的功能模块和数据库 等几方面对该系统进行了详细的设计。最后给出了系统的运行实例，对研究工作 和所取得的成果进行了总结，并对下一步的研究提出了建议和设想。 该系统已在重庆望江公司投入使用，取得了良好的应用效果，达到了预期的目 的。 关键词：多品种少批量，准时制，生产计划，元知识库 英文摘要 英文摘要 重庆大学硕士学位论文 重庆大学硕士学位论文 III III ABSTRACT With the increasing market competition and the diversification of user needs, the production model of multi-varieties and small-batch is becoming the mainstream. In this model, products variety, small-batch, low repetition and process routes frequent change make the production planning more difficult. Chongqing Wangjiang Co.Ltd is a typical multi-varieties and small-batch business. Through analysis of the companys current production situation, a new production planning model based on JIT is proposed in this paper. And a production planning management system is developed based on this model.
