Multi party call technology has been widely used in many fields and industries, which has greatly improved the efficiency of peoples work. Therefore, multi party call technology is used to solve the problem of real-time voice communication among the accident scene, underground base and ground command center in mine rescue communication system, on which improve the level of rescue is imperative. According to the traditional multi party call solution can not meet the requirements of the special underground environment in the mine rescue communication process, a design of multi party call software based on Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) is proposed in this paper. This topic comes from a research and development task in the sci-tech type SME technological Innovation Fund of Ministry of Science and Technology (08C26226111557), the design and development of multi party call software in the rescue communication system. Among them, the S3C6410 microprocessor and WinCE6.0 embedded operating system is used as hardware and software development platform of multi party call software. On the basis of the key technologies research in multi party call, according to the actual needs and design objectives of multi party call in the rescue communication system, and the VS2005 IDE is used to realize the voice communication function in multi party call.
