Ab Abstract PAGE PAGE III Abstract Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons are persistent,toxic and carcinogenic and have a great harm to human beings on the environment. Environmental hormones can lead to drop human sperm counts, damage animal reproductive function, lead to testicular cancer and increases reproductive system tumor at the same time.Steroid and it derivatives is one kind of environmental hormones.So more and more scientific workers focus on them. Laccase can remove widely range pollution substrates. From many researchs laccase which always come from plants, bacterias and white rot fungal can be used to degradate polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and estrogen. But about the anthracene-degradating of, steroid-degradating non white-rot fungi which can produce laccase study is less. This study was set out to explore the possibility and feasibility of it.In this thesis, we preliminary studied the anthracene-degrading fungus Fusarium solani MAS2 degradation ability of many environmental pollutants such as monocylic aromatics, steroid and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons. The results are as followed: 1 We reseach F.solani MAS2 can grow in the liquid medium with many environmental pollutants such as polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, monocyclic aromatic hydrocarbons degradation and steroidas the sole carbon source excepte luene, xylene .We find it has the good degradation ability to anthracene and estrogen, especially 17β- ethinyl estradiol (EE2) which is one of steroid difficultly to remove off. Univariate analysis and response surface designs were applied for different culture on the degradation of anthracene and the predution of laccase. In the following environment degradation efficiency is better: initial concentration of anthracene is 50 mg/L;the incubation time is 30 days;NaCl 9g/L; pH7.5; (NH4)2SO4 1.5 g/L; Inoculation of three picecs.
