成都中医药大学成都中医药大学 2014 届硕士学位论文万方数据万方数据治疗完成后的第 1 个月 Harris 评分、VAS 有统计学意义（p＜0.05），治疗完成后的第 1、3、6 月之间，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。在观察时间范围内，评分效果逐渐改善，说明两组均能缓解髋关节疼痛，改善髋部功能及提高患者的生活质量；组间比较 A 组多孔髓芯减压联合经皮髓内药物灌注组优于 B 组药物灌注组。结论多孔髓芯减压联合经皮髓内药物灌注的治疗方法优于单纯经皮髓内药物灌注，能够有效改善股骨头坏死的临床症状，提高患者的生活质量。关键词：髓芯减压；药物灌注；近期疗效 ABSTRACT Objective: 1、To observe the curative effect of Cellular marrow core decompression combined percutaneous drug perfusion treatment for the treatment of NONFH,and to further provide conservative treatment of this disease with strong clinical evidence. 2、Exploring the mechanism and the feasibility of Cellular marrow core decompression combined percutaneous drug perfusion treatment for NONFH at the early stage. And evaluating its clinical efficacy and application value in young adult’s expectant treatment. Methods: The patients in this study，must have been diagnosed with non traumatic adult patients with avascular necrosis of femoral head，ranging from Ficat I to Ficat II stage in Chengdu university of TCM affiliated hospital (TCM hospital of Sichuan province) ,were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,and were given two different treatment methods. Treatment group (group A) :Treatment group (treated with Cellular marrow core decompression, and one week after the operation,another treatment, Percutaneous drug perfusion treatment,will be given for 2 period of treatment(once a week ,4 weeks is a period of treatment. Between this 2 period 1month of rest should be given ). Control group (group B) :Control group (treated with Percutaneous drug perfusion treatment)for 2 period of treatment (once a week ,4 weeks is a period of treatment.
