I I 摘 要 摘 要 发展高质量教育，使每个孩子健康快乐，成长成才是提高国民素质，实现民族复兴 中国梦的必然要求。能否发掘出学生潜质，使其成长为担负民族复兴中国合格的建设者 是现阶段教育管理的目标和方向。班级管理是教育管理的基石和细胞，其管理模式的优 劣直接关系着教育目的实现。打破传统教育管理中存在的一些局限，探寻这些问题解决 的思路和方式，对于提升班级管理效率，提高学生自身素质以适应社会发展要求具有重 要的现实意义。 本论文主要采用访谈法、文献法、比较法等研究方法，对于传统高中班级管理中存 在的问题进行了总结和分析。在此基础上以对话管理理论基础为指导，借鉴国外对话管 理的经验，提出了对话管理的具体结构和对话方式，对于在高中班级实行对话管理提出 了可行性建议。 关键词 班级对话管理 路径 对话方式 II II Abstract Abstract Development of high quality education so that every child healthy and happy , is to improve the quality of growth and success , realize national rejuvenation Chinese dream inevitable requirement. Classroom management is the cornerstone of education management and cell , its management model is directly related to the merits of the aims of education achieved . Breaking the traditional education in the Management of some limitations , to explore these ideas and methods of problem solving , for enhancing the efficiency of classroom management , improve their own quality to meet the requirements of social development has important practical significance. This thesis uses interviews, literature , comparative law and other research methods , the traditional high school classroom management problems are summarized and analyzed.
