藏族地区儿童学习与社会性适应研究 II II 摘 要 小学生的入学适应关系着每位学生未来学校学习及终身学习的态度和取向， 关系着每位学生身心的健康发展，甚至在更深程度上影响着学生未来的学业成绩 和社会成就。 我国是一个多民族的国家，对甘南藏族自治州儿童入学适应的研究有助于让 更多的人关注、支持藏族地区小学低年级儿童的教育和发展，同时也可以更直观 地反映出与之相衔接的学龄前教育中存在的问题，为藏族地区儿童的入学适应和 入学准备教育提供一定的实证支持和参考。 本研究主要采用《藏族地区儿童入学适应调查表》、《藏族地区儿童入学适应 访谈提纲》分别对 144 名小学一、二年级学生的入学学习适应和社会性适应水平 进行调查。研究发现： （1）甘南藏族自治州小学低年级儿童入学适应水平总体偏低，入学适应不良 的学生人数几乎占到了总人数的一半，其中学习适应水平得分明显高于社会性适 应水平。多数学生在学习习惯和技能方面适应良好，社会性适应不良问题突出。 （2）没上过幼儿园的学生无论在学习适应领域还是在社会性适应领域，其适 应情况均明显弱于上过幼儿园的学生，尤其是在汉语语言适应方面差距更大。 （3）除学习习惯以外，幼儿园有关儿童学习技能、学业成绩、社会技能和社 会情绪的教育效果在二年级均呈现出缓慢下降的态势。 （4）男生在社会情绪方面的适应状况弱于女生。 （5）由祖父母抚养的儿童在各方面的适应水平均低于由父母抚养的儿童。 这主要是由于当地过低的入园率（多数儿童缺乏接受正规学前机构教育的机 会）、幼儿园教育质量存在一定的问题以及农牧民家庭教育不完善等原因造成的。 最后，研究提出以下四点建议： （1）通过合理布局、专项拨款、多形式办园方式普及学前教育，提高入园率。 （2）建立相关制度法规、培训园所负责人及教师，以改进幼儿园教育质量中 存在的问题，提升教育质量。 （3）全面开展“双语”教育、培养“双语”教师。 （4）在小学阶段为没有上过幼儿园的学生实施补偿教育。 关键词：小学低年级、学习适应、社会性适应、入学准备 PAGE PAGE IV Abstract The pupil students enrollment adaption decided to their future school and lifelong learning attitude and orientation, decided to each students physical and mental health, even in a deeper extent affect on students future academic achievement and social achievements. China is a multi-ethnic country, the study on Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture of children enrolled could contributes to let more people pay attention to and support of Tibetan children s education, at the same time can be more intuitive to reflect the problems on the preschool children school readiness education ,provide some empirical support and reference on Tibetan childrens admission and school readiness education . This study applicates the primary school children enrolled in adaptation questionnaire,primary school children adapt to the interview outline respectively investigated in the 144 primary school lower grade students matriculation adaptation level.
