Methods 　CD8 + / CD28 + cell s and A PO cell s p ercent age were mea sured in malignant t umor ti ssue from 190 p atient s wit h malignant t umor by flow cy tomet ry . The correlation wa s analyzed between CD8 + / CD2 8 + cell s and A PO p ercent age . Results 　 CD8 + / CD2 8 + cell s and A PO cell s p ercent age of malignant t umor ti ssue were lower t han t ho se of normal cont rol ti ssue (6 . 86 ±4 . 19) % , ( 1. 49 ±1. 24) % and ( 11. 85 ±3 . 80) % , (4 . 34 ±3 . 2 8) % , resp ectively , ( P 0 . 0 1) . There wa s a significant po sitive correlation between CD8 + / CD2 8 + cell s and A PO cell s p er cent age in malignant t umor ti ssue ( r = 0 . 5995 , P 0 . 0 1) . Conclusion 　Malignant tumor may induce signifi cant decreasing of CD8 + / CD28 + cells exp ression and A PO level in tumor tissue. The percentage of both showed a significant po sitive correlation .
