早期的应用小剂量多巴胺联合呋塞米治疗心力衰竭效果及安全性的研究 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨早期应用小剂量多巴胺联合呋塞米治疗心力衰竭的临床效果及安全性。方法：按照随机数字表法将96例纽约心脏病学会（NYHA）心功能分级Ⅲ～Ⅳ级患者分为两组，每组48例。观察组采用静脉注射小剂量多巴胺联合呋塞米治疗，对照组单纯采用静脉注射呋塞米治疗，比较两组患者临床治疗总有效率、住院时间、LVEF值及BNP水平等指标。结果：观察组临床治疗总有效率显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组住院天数（5.32±0.70）d，显著短于对照组的（8.58±0.90）d；观察组BNP、LVEF水平均明显优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：早期应用小剂量多巴胺联合呋塞米治疗心力衰竭患者的临床疗效显著优于单纯使用呋塞米，值得在临床中推广应用。 　　【关键词】 心力衰竭； 呋塞米； 多巴胺； 临床疗效； 安全性 　　中图分类号 R541.6 文献标识码 A 文章编号 1674-6805（2015）7-0007-03 　　Curative Effect and Safety of Early Application of Small Dose Dopamine Combined with Furosemide in the Treatment of Heart Failure/KANG Hui，KANG Chun-fu，YAN Chao-yang.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2015，13（7）：7-9 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the curative effect and safety of early application of small dose Dopamine combined with Furosemide in the treatment of heart failure.Method：According to New York heart association（NYHA） class Ⅲ-Ⅳ 96 cases were randomly divided into two groups，48 cases in each group.The observation group was given intravenous small dose Dopamine combined with Furosemide.The control group was given intravenous Furosemide.The clinical total effective rate，days of hospitalization，LVEF and BNP of two groups were compared.Result：The clinical total effective rate of the observation group was significantly better than control group，the difference had statistically significant（P0.05）.The days of hospitalization of the observation group were （5.32±0.70）d，were significantly shorter than （8.58±0.90）d of the control group（P0.05）.BNP and LVEF level of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group，the differences had statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusion：Early application of small dose Dopamine combined with Furosemide in the treatment of heart failure，the clinical curative effect is superior to Furosemide，is worth of popularizing in clinical application. 　　【Key words】 Heart failure； Furosemide； Dopamine； Clinical curative effect； Security 　　Fi
