桡骨远端骨折临床治疗的作用的探讨 　　【摘要】 目的 探究桡骨远端骨折不同方法治疗的临床疗效。方法 74例桡骨远端骨折患者， 依据治疗方法的差异分为参照组及研究组， 每组37例。参照组予以切开复位内固定治疗， 研究组予以闭合复位外固定治疗。对两组患者的治疗效果进行比较。结果 研究组患者治疗优良率为97.3%， ?⒄兆榛颊咧瘟朴帕悸饰?94.6%， 比较差异无统计学意义（χ2=0.347， P0.05）。研究组患者Garland-Werlley评分为（3.55±1.22）分， 功能评分为（92.3±12.7）分， Bstra解剖评分为（95.3±13.4）分；与参照组患者的（3.33±1.16）、（95.3±13.9）、（97.3±10.9）分比较， 差异均无统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 在桡骨远端骨折治疗中， 切开复位内固定和闭合复位外固定治疗均有优势， 因此临床需结合患者的实际情况选择合适的治疗方法。 　　【关键词】 桡骨远端骨折；切开复位内固定；闭合复位外固定；效果分析 　　DOI：10.14163/j.cnki.11-5547/r.2017.04.026 　　【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effect of distal radius fracture treated by different methods. Methods A total of 74 distal radius fracture patients were divided by different treatment methods into control group and research group， with 37 cases in each group. The control group received open reduction and internal fixation treatment， and the research group received closed reduction and external fixation treatment. Treatment effect was compared in two groups. Results The research group had treatment excellent-good rate as 97.3%， while the control group had treatment excellent-good rate as 94.6%， and the difference had no statistical significance （χ2=0.347， P0.05）. The research group had Garland-Werlley score as （3.55±1.22） points， function score as （92.3±12.7） points， Bstra anatomy score as （95.3±13.4） points. Comparing with （3.33±1.16）， （95.3±13.9） and （97.3±10.9） points in the control group， their difference had no statistical significance （P0.05）.
