上海交通大学工程硕士学位论文 ABSTRACT STUDY ON THE PAINTING COST OF PLASTIC BUMPER OF PASSENGER CAR ABSTRACT To the plastic bumper on the passenger car manufacturer, it is a key factor to reduce painting cost related to the ability of the business profits. But due to the complex painting process, large investment in equipment, many impact factors, to quantify the cost of painting is a complex task. First, the article makes a detailed analysis on the process and equipment of bumper’s painting. A hypothetical standard coating line is built according to the standing process and equipment, than establish a stand cost model by analyzing the cost of the standard line, combine with the statistics data from Y Company. After analyzed the different painting cost under different production capacity of the line, the basis of the line’s capacity in the article is identified. In further analysis, the most important 5 factors impact the painting cost is studied and painting cost is calculated for each type of solution. Then each of the key factors is to identify the optimal solution. Sorted by the importance of the 5 factors, the article also points out the map road of improvement of priority of these factors on production site. The cost of changes before and after a modified project implement in Y Company’s painting line was analysis and calculated according the cost model; it shows that the result and the model are matched. This gives us more confidence on using the study result to guide new painting line’s investment and existing painting line’s improvement.
