I ■正文 中国商业企业国际化程度与企业绩效关系的实证研究 本文主要是讨论中国商业企业国际化程度与企业绩效关系的实证研 宄。文章通过总结己有的商业企业国际化的理论和相关研宂成果，试对其概念界 定、发展阶段、国际化程度与绩效关系等方而进行分析、比较和总结。分析了我 国商业企业的发展现状。然后，基于商业类上市公司的数据库，总结出具有国际 化行为的商业企业。对数据进行统计和分析，用cvicws建立了 Pool对象的模型, 并运用实证研宄对其进行验证。由于这次研宄数据的不足，结果表明，从短期来 看国际化程度与企业绩效的关系不是很显著。最后，根据研宄得出的结论进行讨 论，分析研宂存在的不足，提出关于研究屮国商业企业国际化程度与企业绩效关 系的实践意义 【关键字】商业企业；国际化；企业绩效 【关键字】 商业企业；国际化；企业绩效 The relationship between the degree of internationaliz-ation and enterprise achievements about Chinesecommercial department Abstract： This article is mainly discusses the relationship between the degree of internationalization and enterprise achievements about Chinese commercial department. The article through summarizes the existing Commercial department internationalization theory and the correlation research results, tries to limits concept, then development phase, international-ization degree and achievements relations carries on the analysis, comparison and summary. Has analyzed our country Commercial departments development present situation. Then, based on the commercial class, summarizes has the internationalization behavior Commercial department. Carries on the statistics and the analysis to the data, has established the Pool object model with eviews, and carries on the confirmation using the empirical study to it. As a result of this research data’s insufficiency, indicated finally that looking from the short-term the internationalization degree and the enterprise achievements* relations are not very remarkable.
