城市商业银行电子化供应链金融服务平台建设研究 摘 要 利率市场化和金融脱媒加速的环境，对城市商业银行提出了按照供应链方式进行风险 管理和开发中小企业的要求，促使银行的营销模式产生巨大改变。目前，国内对于供应链 金融体系的研究已基本完善，随着各大银行供应链金融电子平台的上线，系统开发公司也 有着一套较为成熟的技术模块，但目前对于城市商业银行的特殊性分析不够，城市商业银 行为此系统将花费巨额费用。 本文立足于城市商业银行急于建立供应链管理体系又渴望降低成本的现状，从工作实 践角度出发，借鉴其他城市商业银行的经验教训，针对城市商业银行业务地域、资金等局 限就城市商业银行的供应链系统建设进行了研究，重点介绍了目前国内电子化供应链金融 服务平台的发展趋势，通过介绍国内大型银行供应链金融平台的特点，分析了城市商业银 行在供应链平台建设方面面临的机遇和挑战，提出大框架下的小规模上线开发模式，多模 块多接口的逐步开发方式，从而得出城市商业银行供应链平台建设的模式。 关键字：电子化，供应链金融，系统平台建设 i Study on the Electronic Supply Chain Financial Service Platform Construction of City Commercial Banks ABSTRACT The environment of interest rate marketization and financial disintermediation acceleration, requires city commercial banks to conduct risk management and develop small and medium-sized enterprises according to the supply chain mode, and causes the banks marketing mode to make a huge change. Currently the domestic study on the financial system for supply chain has been basically perfect. With the application of the electronic platform of supply chain finance in major banks, system development company also has a more mature technology module. But because the particularity analysis of city commercial banks is not enough now, city commercial banks will spend substantial costs on the system. Based on the status of city commercial banks eager to build a supply chain management system and reduce costs, from the perspective of working practices and learning from the lessons of other city commercial banks, this paper studies on the construction of supply chain system of city commercial banks according to the limitation on their business area and funds and introduces the development trend of the domestic electronic financial services platform of supply chain.
