通过理论和实证研究表明，在技术创新过程中，主体间基于创新资源 的竞争对企业的创新能力将产生较为明显的影响，通过采用不同的措施来 影响竞争模型的系数，将能够有效改变竞争的结果，使得竞争趋于一种稳 定平衡状态。 关键词：创新资源约束 技术创新主体 竞争 演化 The competitive relationship and evolution of high-tech industry clusters with limited innovation resources ABSTRACT Innovation is the enterprise to maintain the status of market competition; it is also an important driving force to promote the sustainable development of enterprises. While the innovation resources are an important “energy” to make enterprises keep the innovation vigor. Enterprises in order to obtain enough innovation resources have to compete with other innovation main body. Due to the differences abilities, it will inevitably lead to different results of the competition. Therefore, to analyze the competition situation, will be able to predict the possibility of competition and avoid adverse results. This paper is motivated by the above idea, starting from the relevant theoretical research at home and abroad; then, we discuss and analyze of the ecological characteristics of the competition among regional technological innovation subjects. In order to more clearly understand the possibility of competition between innovation subjects, this paper introduces the Lotka-Volterra model of population competition in the ecological system to research the competition among innovation enterprises. The results show that there will be three results, including crowding out effect, stable and unstable equilibrium. In the competitive model, the different value of coefficient will produce different effects and results.At the end of the article, the author takes Zhengzhou Yutong Bus Limited by Share Ltd and Henan Shaolin automobile Limited by Share Ltd as an example, analyzed two enterprise innovation resources competition results.
