城市街区混合功能开发规划研究-城市规划与设计专业论文.docx

摘 要 城市混合功能的形成和发展，是城市的本性所需，适应了信息时代背景下生产 生活方式的新要求，也是促进城市可持续发展的必要途径。长期以来，在以功能分 区为基础的城市规划指导下，城市土地使用和功能布局出现了机械地分隔，功能单 一的大面积功能区成片出现，带来城市功能缺乏有机性、城市向郊区蔓延、道路交 通拥堵、城市生活质量下降、城市活力性丧失等问题。同时，信息时代对生产生活 方式产生的新影响、城市可持续发展对城市开发建设提出的新要求，都促使当今城 市由机械的功能分区转向功能混合。因此，从我国城市当前出现的普遍现象出发， 研究城市混合功能开发的相关问题显得尤为必要。 本论文以城市街区混合功能开发规划为研究对象，主体内容包括四个部分：第 一部分界定了相关概念、回顾了城市功能布局的演进过程，系统总结了国内外混合 功能开发的理论成果和实践经验。第二部分提出了混合功能开发的基本观点，包括 其必要性和主动性两个方面；整理出包含时间维度在内的混合功能开发空间层面和 类型的框架，以此作为规划研究的基础，指出街区层面混合功能开发是促进城市混 合功能形成和发展的关键。第三部分重点探讨了基于混合功能开发的城市街区规划 策略，提出了规划目标和原则，主要从混合功能区选址、土地使用和功能布局、街 区划分、交通组织、开发强度控制、空间设计以及建设和实施管理等方面系统阐述 了规划策略。第四部分结合武汉市二环线武昌段地区混合功能开发规划，对上述规 划策略进行了实践探索。 本论文希望通过对城市街区混合功能开发规划的研究，探索如何从规划技术层 面出发充分发挥混合功能开发的多重效益，促进城市混合功能的形成和发展，为优 化城市土地使用和功能布局、提高城市空间活力性、推进城市可持续发展探索一种 可能的途径。 关键词： 混合功能开发 城市街区 土地使用 功能布局 规划策略 Abstract Mixed-Use Development is required by the nature of cities, not only adapting to the new life style in information age, but also promoting the sustainability of the city. For a long time, by direction of urban planning based on functional zoning, the land-use and functional layout are separated automatically. As a result, the large scale of functional district with single function brings about a lot of problems, such as lack of organic function, deficiency of vitality, urban sprawl, traffic jam and decline in the quality of life, etc. Meanwhile, information age influences the mode of production and life-style and sustainability of the city requires the construction and development of city, both contributing to the changes from function division automatically to mixed-use development. Therefore, it is important to study the relevant issues of mixed-use development of city. The essay that deals with mixed-use development of city-block is divided into four main parts. Part 1 makes some definition about this dissertation, reviews the progress of functional layout and sums up theories and practice in mixed-use development at home and abroad.
