中文摘要 随着我国经济的持续快速发展，电力专项规划已经得到了全国各级城市规划 和电力部门的高度重视，本文对城市配电网规划所涉及的内容、方法及思路进行 了详细整理，总结出配电网规划的具体流程和步骤，并针对各部分归纳、总结出 适用的规划方法及思路，能够适用于我国的实际情况，主要内容包括： （1）结合多年电网规划工作实践经验，总结出配电网规划流程及步骤，详 细介绍配电网规划所涉及的主要内容，为配电网规划的具体实施提供引导。 （2）根据多年实践经验，结合配电网规划任务的特点，针对配电网规划的 主要内容进行整理，归纳、总结出相应的规划方法和思路。 现状配电网采用层次分析法进行综合性评价；负荷预测分为总量预测和空间 预测，总量负荷预测采用多种曲线趋势外推法，空间负荷预测采用用地仿真法； 变电站选址采用平面多中位技术，通过水平年法（伪动态法），利用规划辅助决 策系统作为辅助工具进行自动选址；高中压配电网络采用基于地理信息系统的启 发式方法进行规划。 （3）采用上述规划方法及思路，开展某规划区的配电网规划工作，展示配 网规划实例成果，阐明基本方法及思路的应用。 配电网规划实例显示各部分规划结果比较合理，适应地区负荷发展需要，同 时能够指导地区配电网的实际建设及改造，通过具体的规划进一步验证了规划方 法的合理性。 关键词：城市配电网；现状电网分析；负荷预测；变电站选址；高中压配电 网规划 ABSTRACT With the constant and rapid economic development of our country, electricity planning has been received great recognition from the urban planning and power departments. This paper reviews the content, method and thought of the urban distribution network planning, sums up the specific procedures and steps of distribution network planning, and for each part, summarizes the applicative planning method and thought that can be applicable to the actual situation in our country. The main contents include: Combined with years of planning experience of the writer, this paper sums up the specific procedures and steps of distribution network planning processes, introduces the main contents involved in distribution network planning, and provides the guidance for specific implementation. According to practical experience of many years, this paper collects the main content and summarizes the corresponding planning method and thought of the of the distribution network planning combined with its task and characteristics. Current distribution network adopts AHP for comprehensive evaluation. Load forecasting involves for the total load forecasting and spatial load forecasting.
