Methods: Collected in our hospital from 2012 to 2013,the clinical data of 5 cases with explicit diagnosis and integrity data of malignant melanoma to the gastrointestinal metastatic, including 4 were man and1 were woman, age 45-77years,mean age 61.6±13.9,the median age of 61.Tumor location stomach metastasis in 3 cases, rectal metastasis in 2 cases. 5 cases of malignant melanoma to the gastrointestinal metastasis patients, have 2 cases previous has the right foot with melanoma resection(no pathologic and immunohistochemical results) andon the left side of the ovarian malignant melanoma resection , 1 case was diagnosed after supplement history always has the right foot with black patches resection, but did not send the biopsy, the remaining 2 cases has not malignant melanoma medical history. In this article, 5 cases of metastatic malignant melanoma gastrointestinal with clinical manifestations and endoscopic features were analysis retrospective. Results: In this article 5 patients with metastatic malignant melanoma gastrointestinal. The first symptoms mainly for inappetence、emaciation in 2 cases and melaena in 1 cases of malignant melanoma stomach metastasis in 3 patients. About 1 patient in 3 cases of stomach metastasis with endoscopic physicians consider possible malignant tunor, 1 case of endoscopy gastroduodenal widely hyperpigmentation, endoscopic physicians consider possible hemosiderosis
