城镇化过程中创业环境与农民工创业意向的关系研究 中文摘要 Research on the relationship between the entrepreneurial environment and the migrant workers entrepreneurial intention in The process of urbanization Abstract Since the nineties of the last century, China has gradually entered the process of urbanization in rural areas. This process created a large number of migrant workers to leave their homes to work. With the deepening of the development of urbanization, more and more migrant workers took to the road of entrepreneurship. This article is in this context, on basis of a large number of relevant literatures, investigated the migrant workers entrepreneurial intention in the process of urbanization. First the study tested the reliability and validity of each questionnaire, And then focus on the relationship between the entrepreneurial environment and migrant workers entrepreneurial intention, analyzed the role of entrepreneurial opportunities recognition and self-efficacy for in the relationship between entrepreneurial environment and migrant workers entrepreneurial intention. This research investigated 300 migrant workers, and uses SPSS20.0 and AMOS 20.0 as the tools to analysis the data after survey. The statistical analysis contains, validity test，description statistic, correlation analysis and multivariate stepwise regression. There are major conclusions as follows: 1、Entrepreneurial environment correlated with migrant workers entrepreneurial intention 2、entrepreneurial opportunities recognition moderated the relationship between entrepreneurial environment and migrant workers entrepreneurial intention. 3、self-efficacy mediated the relationship between entrepreneurial environment and migrant workers entrepreneurial intention.
