河北经贸大学硕士学位论文 Abst r act As a new economic growth point and a pillar industry of national economy, real estate will meet unprecedented challenges in this century. Real estate developing enterprise is an important enterprise type in the real estate industry. Since 2004, a series of governments new real estate policy has appeared one after another. The central authorities tightened up the macroeconomic regulation and control dynamics in the real estate market. The real estate market will enter the buyer time soon. The huge and sudden profits time is gone forever. This kind of enterprises development becomes a focal point which the people pay attention. By generalizing and analyzing the fundamental research achievement. Taking the value theory as the starting point, this thesis has discussed the value creation process related question. This thesis thought the value creation maximization was the pursuing enterprise goal and the foundation which the enterprise exists on, and the market demand was the power of value creation, and humanitys work (activity) creates the value, the market approval has enabled the value to be realized. Then this thesis brings up the circulatory system which helps realize the goal of enterprise value creation maximization, and using to the real estate developing enterprise. This thesis has explained the operation mechanism of enterprise value creation circulatory system in detail on four aspects such as enterprises environment analyzing, the strategic formulating, the value chain optimizing and the enterprise value creation appraising.
