ABSTRACT In reality, through innovation race conducting R D, has become increasingly important. In recent years, some developed countries research and exploit high-tech products by the way of innovation race.Compared with other metheds,which does not need strict supervision of the contract and afterwards, so that, incomplete Contracts problem are largely avoided. Therefore, the organization of innovative race comes into being, some foreign scholars have proposed using tournament and auction to conduct innovation race. As the traditional organization ,tourament has been studied extensively, on the basis of the traditional, we research tournament extendly, as well as expansion of competitive dimensions, we study price competition in the auction incentives.which leads us to think about the following questions :First, the results of this two incentive mechanism in the same conditions ? Second, if the original contest rules for a slight adjustment.In the touranment incentive mechanism,we charge a fee as participating ,in the auction incentive, we have no restrictions to the interval of price contest ,which kind of change will be to the subjects? Third, for the client ,how to choose it? To answer these questions, we will use experimental study to verify the impact to the subjects and the costs of client ,under the tournament and auction mechanism, there are 88 subjects, each subjects continued to experiment 12 rounds, and a total of eight experiments, two different incentive mechanism were set up 4 experiments. In order to further understand the auction, we will be unlimited expansion of the range auction price, to study the impact of subjects. At the same time , for the purpose of comparison,interval the bidding , trying to find out what is the diffrence between the auction; Similarly, in order to further research tourament, a certain amount of fee as the initial cost of entry to subjects, studing their behavior changing; Finally, we analysis the two different incentiv
