互联网金融所需人才及特征分析 　　 本篇论文目录导航： 　　 　　【题目】互联网金融所需人才及特征分析 　　【第一章】互联网金融人才结构探析绪论 　　【】互联网金融范围及其发展历程 　　【】互联网金融的组成结构 　　【第三章】互联网金融人才结构化过程 　　【第四章】互联网金融人才知识技能要素浅析 　　【总结/参考文献】互联网金融人才特点研究总结与参考文献 　　 　　 　　 　　摘 要 　　近五年来金融领域新兴起互联网金融，其凭借大数据、平台开发等互联网技术和分享、开放、普惠等互联网精神获得快速发展，推进了我国金融改革的进程，强化了金融服务于经济的功能，影响了人们生活中支付、理财、创业等的实现方式。基于互联网对各个行业一贯的革新性和国内特殊的金融环境，互联网金融的发展有其原动力和广阔前景。一方面是互联网金融的迅猛发展和良好预期，另一方面却是发展进程中企业的良莠不齐和人才的缺乏等种种问题。鉴于此，本文对互联网金融领域所需人才及人才特征进行研究，得出人才结构图，目的在于对互联网金融未来的人才建设提供一定指导。 　　本文通过文献梳理和案例分析，首先界定了互联网金融的概念，认为互联网金融是一个时代，并对国内外互联网金融的发展史进行了梳理；其次在十三类互联网金融模式中重点选取了其中六类典型模式，分别是第三方支付、基金网销、互联网保险、大数据贷款、P2P 贷款、众筹，并一一结合案例（支付宝、余额宝、众安在线、蚂蚁微贷、众筹网）对各个模式的业务流程进行分解；最后根据业务流程得出互联网金融所需人才，画出人才结构图。此外，鉴于网络银行模式尚未成熟但十分重要，在展望部分亦进行了粗浅分析。 　　关键词 互联网金融 业务流程 人才结构 人才特征 　　Abstract 　　Over the past five years Internet financial has risen of from the financial sector. With theuse of Internet technology such as big data and platform building also Internet spirit such assharing, opening and inclusive, it obtains rapid development. Internet financial promotes theprocess of China’s financial reform, strengthen the function of financial services in theeconomy, affecting people’s life in the pay way, finance, and entrepreneurship. Because of theInternet consistently innovating various industries and domestic special financial environment,the development of the Internet financial has its prime mover and broad prospects. On the onehand, Internet financial is developing rapidly and has good expectations in the future. On theother hand, the good and bad are intermingled in this area’s enterprises, also lack of talent is abig problem. Owing to this, this paper is focused on the talent demand of the Internet financial,aimed at giving some constructive guidance to the Internet financial enterprises’ talentconstruction in the future. 　　Through literature review and case analysis in this paper, Firstly we defined the conceptof the Internet financial and carding its history.
