社区健康服务中心医疗器材消毒管理的模式的探讨 　　[摘要] 目的：加强社区健康服务中心医疗器材消毒管理，有效预防和控制医院感染。方法：对我院下设的39个社区健康服务中心循环使用的医疗器材采用统一下收下送、集中清洗、包装、灭菌的规范化集中式管理模式。结果：社区健康服务中心医疗器材消毒管理模式减少了医院对社区健康服务中心消毒设备的重复投资，节省了人力，缓解了社区健康服务中心护理人员不足的情况，提高了器械的清洁度和使用性能，精密器械也得到了良好的维护，消毒灭菌合格率为100%。结论：社区健康服务中心的医疗器械统一规范化集中式消毒管理模式切实可行，可节省人力，减少消毒资源的重复投资，也是预防和控制医院感染的重要手段之一。 　　[关键词] 社区健康服务中心；医疗器材；消毒；管理 　　[中图分类号] R187 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-7210（2011）11（b）-161-02 　　 　　Discuss on management patterns of sterilization for medical instruments and equipments in community health care centres 　　ZHONG Biqin, LI Guoqiang, JIANG Qunying 　　The Center of Sterilization Supply, Shenzhen Xixiang Peoples Hospital in Baoan District of Guangdong Province, Shenzhen 518102, China 　　[Abstract] Objective: To enhance management of sterilization for medical instruments and equipments in community health care centres and to prevent and control medical infections. Methods: Integrated and standardized management patterns on allocating, collecting, cleaning, packaging and sterilizing of the medical instruments and equipments to the 39 community health care centres subordinated to the hospital were adopted. Results: Re-investment on the sterilizing equipment to the health care centres had been decreased, labour was saved and the situation of labour lack had been remitted, sanitation level and utilization of the medical instruments and equipments had been improved and a good status was maintained with the sterilization qualification rate of 100%.
