埋线治疗网球肘的的疗效观察 　　 　　［摘　　要］　　目的：对比穴位埋线及针刺对网球肘的治疗效果。方法：将80例患者随机分为埋线组和针刺组各40例，埋线组穴取手三里及压痛点，针刺组穴取曲池、手三里、压痛点等，3周后统计疗效。结果：埋线组治愈34例，针刺组治愈25例，两组治愈率经统计学处理差异有显著性意义(P0.05)。结论：埋线对网球肘有良好效果，治愈率优于针刺组。 　　［主题词］　　网球肘/针灸疗法；埋线 　　Observation　on　Therapeutic　Effect　of　Acupoint　Catgut　Embedding　on　Tenni　s　Elbow 　　Guo　Yuanqi1,　Chen　Liyi2(1.　The　Second　Clinical　Medical　Coll　e　ge,　Guangzhou　University　of　TCM,　Guangzhou　510120,　China;　2.　Guangzhou　City　Red　　Cross　Society　Hospital) 　　［Abstract］　　Purpose　　To　compare　therapeutic　effects　of　acupoint　ca　tgut　embedding　and　acupuncture　on　tennis　elbow.　Methods　　80　cases　　were　randomly　divided　into　acupoint　catgut　embedding　group　and　acupuncture　group,　40　cases　in　each　group.　Shousanli(LI　10)and　tender　points　in　the　acupoint　cat　gut　　embedding　group　and　Quchi(LI　11),　Shousanli(LI　10)and　tender　points　in　the　con　tr　ol　group　were　selected.　After　treatment　for　3　weeks,　their　therapeutic　effects　were　assessed.　Results　　34　cases　in　the　catgut　embedding　group　and　25　c　a　ses　in　the　acupuncture　group　were　cured,　with　a　statistically　significant　differ　e　nce　between　the　two　groups　in　the　cured　rate,P0.05.　Conclusion　　The　acupoint　catgut　embedding　has　a　good　therapeutic　effect　on　tennis　elbow,　and　the　cured　rate　is　better　than　that　of　acupuncture　therapy. 　　［Key　words］　　Tennis　Elbow/acup　ther;　Embedding　Thread　 　　 　　网球肘是临床常见病之一，多由肱骨外上髁部慢性劳损引起。笔者近3年采用穴位埋线治疗　该病40例，并与针刺治疗组作随机对照观察，效果满意，报告如下。 　　1　　临床资料 　　1.1　　一般资料 　　80例患者均为门诊病人，按就诊先后顺序随机分为埋线组和针刺组各40例。埋线组40例中，　男16例，女24例；年龄26～57岁，平均41.00±5.82岁；病程最短2月，最长36月，平均6.00±1.58月；经封闭治疗复发者7例。针刺组40例中，男17例，女23例；年龄25～58岁，平均40.00±5.96岁；病程最短2月，最长34月，平均6.10±1.26月；经封闭治疗复发者6例。上述情况经χ2检验和t检验，P0.05，两组具有可比性。 　　1.2　　临床表现 　　全部病例均有肘关节外侧疼痛、压痛，部分病例有上臂及/或前臂放射痛或痛，拧毛巾、手提东西时疼痛加重。腕背伸抗阻力试验阳性，Mill‘s征阳性，局部肿胀多不明显，肘关节屈伸活动多数正常。肘关节X线摄片正常，重者可见肱骨外上髁骨质增生、韧带钙化。 　　2　　治疗方法 　　2.1　　埋线组 　　取肱骨外上髁与曲池连线中点之压痛点、手三里为埋线点，采用一次性8号注射针头作套管，用30号毫针剪去针尖部作针芯，经高压消毒后使用。取000号长约1　cm灭菌羊肠线置入针管前端。穴位常规消毒后，右手夹持针帽，快速过皮，进针深度以0.5～1寸为宜，待患者有酸胀感后，左手推针芯，边推针芯，边退针管，当针芯推到头后，快速拔出针管，则羊
