经尿道输尿管镜取石术80例治疗的的体会 　　[摘要] 目的:探讨经尿道输尿管镜取石术的方法及体会。方法:对2008年1月～2010年1月间在我院治疗的中下段输尿管结石患者80例行经尿道输尿管镜取石术,总结治疗体会。结果:本组经输尿管镜取石术成功率为97.50%,平均手术时间(11.32±2.15) min,术后平均住院时间(5.20±1.06) d,导尿管平均留置时间(4.11±1.02) d。术后高热2例,无输尿管黏膜脱垂、继发大出血、输尿管穿孔、输尿管撕裂及断裂等严重并发症。术后随访1～7个月,2例肾积水患者好转率为100%。失败2例,均为输尿管狭窄而改行其他治疗方案。结论:输尿管镜经尿道治疗输尿管中下段结石具有诸多优点,临床医师应熟练掌握操作技术,最大程度地提高手术成功率并减少并发症。 　　[关键词] 输尿管镜;尿道;结石 　　[中图分类号] R693.4[文献标识码] B[文章编号] 1673-7210(2010)06(b)-135-02 　　 　　Study on treatment of calculus removed per urethra ureteroscopes in 80 cases 　　LIU Zuocheng, LI Guangyu, HUANG Wei, WU Chenjiao, CAI Guoyuan 　　(Surgenry of Nanyou Hospital in Zhanjiang City, Zhanjiang 524057, China) 　　[Abstract] Objective: To investigate the treatment measures and experiences of calculus removed per urethra ureteroscopes in 80 cases. Methods: The 80 cases with urethra calculus in our hospital from January in 2008 to January in 2010 were treated by calculus removed per urethra ureteroscopes,the treatment measures and experiences were summarized. Results: The achievement ratio of calculus removed per urethra ureteroscopes in this group was 97.50%,the average time of operation was (11.32±2.15) min, the average length of stay after operation was (5.20±1.06) d and the time of detaining catheter was (4.11±1.02) d. There were 2 cases with high fever and no case with severity complication about mucous membrane prolapse of ureter,secondary hemorrhoea, perforation of ureter, tearing and fracture of ureter. By following-up, the improvement rate of 2 cases with hydronephrosis was 100%. There were 2 cases with failure operation because of stricture of ureter and receiving other therapeutic schedule. Conclusion: There were many advantages about calculus removed per urethra ureteroscopes in treating the meso-hypomere calculus of ureter, the clinican should grasp the operation technology perfectly to boost the achievement ratio of calculus removed per urethra ureteroscopes and decrease the complication. 　　[Key words] Ureteroscop
