碘伏联合新鲜芦荟外敷治疗Ⅳ期压疮的的疗效观察 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1007-614x.2014.10.58 　　摘 要 目的：探讨外用碘伏联合新鲜芦荟治疗压疮的效果。方法：将85例Ⅳ期压疮患者随机分成观察组43例和对照组42例。观察组压疮先用3%过氧化氢溶液清洗，再用生理盐水清洗，然后用稀碘伏湿敷，2次/日，4～6天清除分泌物，必要时的清创，然后用自来水将新鲜芦荟叶片清洗干净，用经过酒精消毒的刀片将芦荟皮祛除，将芦荟胶状物直接敷贴在疮面上，1次/日。对照组：先用3%过氧化氢溶液清洗，再用生理盐水清洗，然后给予阿米卡星湿敷，1次/日。观察两组的临床疗效。结果：观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组（P0.01）；肉芽生长时间和治疗所需时间比对照组均明显缩短（P均0.01）。结论：碘伏联合新鲜芦荟外敷操作简单、经济，疗效显著。 　　关键词 压疮 碘伏 新鲜芦荟 外敷 　　Curative effect observation of iodophor combined with fresh aloe external application in the treatment of Ⅳ phase of pressure ulcers 　　Kong Guifen，Yang Jianping 　　The Peoples Hospital of Chuxiong State，Yunnan 675000 　　Abstract Objective：To investigate the effect of iodophor combined with fresh aloe external application in the treatment of pressure ulcers.Methods：85 patients with Ⅳ phase of pressure ulcers were randomly divided into the observation group with 43 cases and the control group with 42 cases.In the observation group，we cleaned the pressure wound by 3% hydrogen peroxide solution first，then cleaned with physiological saline，and then we used the dilute iodine volts soak，2 times/day，we cleared the secretions after 4～6 days，at the same time we combined with the necessary after debridement.After that，we cleaned fresh aloe vera leaves by water，then removed the aloe skin by blades which had been disinfected with alcohol，then we put the aloe gum applicator directly on the wound surface，1 time/day.In the control group：we cleaned the pressure wound by 3% hydrogen peroxide solution first， then cleaned with physiological saline， and then we used the amikacin soak，1 time/day.We observed the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results：The treatment total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P0.01）；granulation growth time and time needed for treatment of the observation group were significantly shortened than that of the control group（P0.01）.Conclusion：The advantages of iodophor combined with fresh aloe external app
