非洛地平联合阿托伐他汀治疗高血压合并高胆固醇血症的的疗效观察 　　【摘要】 目的：探究分析非洛地平联合阿托伐汀对于高血压合并高胆固醇血症的临床治疗效果。方法：选择本辖区内轻中度高血压合并高胆固醇血症患者，进行6个月观察。前3个月给予5 mg/d的非洛地平缓释片，治疗观察期间控制患者的脂肪摄入量、鼓励患者增加体育锻炼。3个月后，在原治疗基础上每日添加服用20 mg的阿托伐他汀。记录患者治疗前、治疗3个月后及6个月后的心率、血压及血脂水平。结果：3个月后患者的SBP值和DBP值均呈下降趋势，但血脂等变化不大。6个月以后，患者SBP值较3个月前明显下降，但DBP值变化不明显，而TC、HDL-C/TC较治疗前差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。心率治疗前后变化不明显。结论：临床上应用阿托伐他汀钙片可以很好调节血脂水平，与非洛地平联合运用后可以强化其降血压的效果。非洛地平联合阿托伐他汀治疗高血压合并高胆固醇血症疗效确切。 　　【关键词】 非洛地平； 阿托伐他汀； 高血压 　　Clinical Observation of Felodipine Joint Atorvastatin in the Treatment of Hypertension Complicated with Hypercholesterolemia/HUANG Yuan-quan，CHEN Huai-jing，ZHENG Zhong-mei.//Medical Innovation of China，2015，12（15）：026-028 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To explore and analysis the clinical effect of Felodipine joint Atorvastatin in the treatment of hypertension complicated with hypercholesterolemia.Method： Patients with mild to moderate hypertension and hypercholesterolemia in our area were selected to be observed for six months. Patients were given daily oral 　　5 mg of Felodipine tablets for the first 3 months.During the treatment observation period，the fat intake of patients was controlled and patients were encouraged to increase physical activity. Three months later，adding daily doses of Atorvastatin 20 mg based on the original treatment.HR，BP，blood lipid of the patients were recorded before treatment，3 months and 6 months after the treatment.Result：After 3 months， the SBP and DBP values declined，but the blood lipid changed little. 6 months later， SBP values were significantly lower than that three months ago， but DBP values did not change significantly.TC and HDL-C/TC were compared with before， the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.The HR did not change significantly.
