防水工程控制的要点总结 　　摘要 　　建筑防水工程是保证建筑物的结构不受雨水、空气中湿气及地下水的渗漏与侵蚀等，满足建筑的使用功能，保证建筑物的使用寿命的一项重要工程。目前，许多建筑因材料、设计、施工等因素，致使工程建成使用中产生渗漏水现象，影响正常使用。甚至防水工程的质量成为热点问题和质量通病，表现为地下室侧壁及底板、楼面、屋面、外墙、厨房卫生间、门窗等部位的渗漏，给业主带来很多麻烦，既是施工的难点又是监理的重点。这些部位点多面广、施工操作要求精细，如稍有疏忽则很容易形成隐患。要解决渗漏问题必须综合治理，按规范施工并做到设计明确、构造合理、节点详细、选材恰当、施工精细，同时监理严把材料质量关和工序质量验收关，跟踪检查、旁站到位，试水淋水检查不遗漏，可以最大限度解决渗漏问题。 　　AbstractBuilding waterproof engineering is the guarantee of building structure is not affected by rain, seepage and erosion of moisture and water in the air, to meet the use function of building an important project, ensure the life of the building.
