针刺配合颈椎牵引治疗椎动脉型颈椎病临床的研究 　　［摘要］目的：探讨针刺配合颈椎牵引在椎动脉型颈椎病中的治疗价值和治疗机理。方法：将74例患者随机分为针刺颈牵组和药物颈牵组，治疗15天。观察治疗前后颈性眩晕症状与功能评分以及椎动脉彩色多普勒血流显像 (CDFI) 的变化。结果：(1)两组颈性眩晕症状与功能评分增加，差异有非常显著性意义。(2)针刺颈牵组治疗后椎动脉 (VA) 内径增大和最大血流速度 (MAX) 增快有非常显著性意义。结论：针刺配合颈椎牵引能够显著改善椎动脉型颈椎病的临床症状，增大椎动脉内径和血流速度。? 　　［主题词］颈椎病/针灸疗法；牵引术；椎动脉/针灸效应? 　　Clinical Study on Treatment of Cervical Spondylosis of Vertebroarterial Type with Acupuncture Combined with Traction of Cervical Vertebrae? 　　Tan Jilin, He Xijun, Guo Ruilan, et al. (Zhongshan Municipal Hospital of TCM, Guangdong 528400, China)? 　　［Abstract］Purpose To probe into the value and mechanisms of acupuncture combined with traction of cervical vertebrae for treatment of cervical spondylosis of vertebroarterial type. Methods 74 patients were randomized into acupuncture plus traction group and medicine plus traction group, and were treated for 15 days. The score of cervical dizziness symptoms and function, and colour Doppler blood flow image of vertebral artery were investigated before and after treatment. Results (1)Score of cervical dizziness symptoms and function increased significantly in the two groups after treatment, and there was a very significant difference as the acupuncture plus traction group compared with the medicine plus traction group; (2)The internal diameter and maximal blood flow rate of vertebral artery increased significantly after treatment in the acupuncture plus traction group.
