非体外循环冠脉搭桥术后近期的的疗效观察 　　【摘要】 目的 对比传统体外循环冠状动脉旁路移植术评价非体外循环冠状动脉旁路移植术后近期临床疗效。方法 入选36例冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者，分体外循环冠脉旁路移植术组15例，非体外循环冠脉旁路移植术组21例，记录两组临床常见并发症等近期临床效果指标。结果 非体外循环冠脉旁路移植术组与体外循环冠状动脉旁路移植术组在桥血管数、住院期间死亡率方面差异无统计学意义(P0．05)。非体外循环冠脉旁路移植术组在心律失常、住院时间、引流量、血肌酐等方面优于体外循环冠状动脉旁路移植术组(P0．05)。手术时间明显少于体外循环冠状动脉旁路移植术组(P0．01)。住院期间两组死亡率均为0。结论 在有适应证情况下，非体外循环冠脉旁路移植术治疗冠心病安全可行，与体外循环冠状动脉旁路移植术相比，可以减少患者手术时间、减轻各脏器功能损害，住院时间，在临床疗效上具有优势，近期临床疗效较好。? 　　【关键词】冠状动脉旁路移植；体外循环；疗效 　　 　　The observison after off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting 　　 　　ZHANG Cheng-zuo，LI Yan，WANG Cheng,et al.Department of Cardiovascular Surgery,Central Hospital of Fushun，Liaoning,113006，China 　　? 　　【Abstract】 Objective To compare the traditional off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting evaluation of the off-pump coronary artery bypass graft clinical efficacy in the near future.Methods The selected 36 cases of coronary heart disease，at off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting group of 15 cases，off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting group of 21 patients，two groups of clinical records，such as a common complication in the near future clinical results indicators.Results Off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting group and pump coronary artery bypass graft in the group，hospital mortality was no significant difference(P0．05).Off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting arrhythmia in the group，length of stay，drainage，better than serum creatinine in areas such as off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting group(P0．05).Operation time is less than clear pump coronary artery bypass grafting group(P0．01).Hospital mortality rates are two groups of 0.Conclusion With indications，the off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting safe and effective treatment of coronary heart disease，and off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting，patients can reduce the operation time to reduce the damage to the organ，hospital time，in clinical efficacy has advantages and better clinical effect in the near future.? 　　【Key words】Coronary artery bypass grafting; Cardiopulmo
